Autistic burnout coaching
Autistic burnout is a ‘global collapse of capacity’ (to use part of Megan Anna Neff’s definition). It usually involves significant fatigue, and loss of ability to do everyday life tasks like thinking, organising, exercise or working.
Using my specific training and research, I can support you to create practices and make changes that will help you come out of burnout, gradually but effectively.
We can also work together to set your life up to minimise the chances of burnout happening again.
